Greetings All;
 Well, with the famous Mason-Dixon Hamfest a mere 4 weeks away, I'd like to
take this opportunity to outline who will be in charge of what so far.
Please note that this list includes all people from the general membership
only that have signed up or agreed to staff certain positions (It does NOT
include members of the Executive Board.):

 Sign Deployment & Removal:

 Table Sales & Set-up:

 Ticket Sales:

 PA Anouncer: Jamie Krichinsky (No call)
 Special Event Station:
 Talk-in: Joe Ebaugh N3YIM

 Site Security:
 Raffle Coordinator:

 Sunday Clean-up Coordinator:

 Ticket Sales:
 As you can plainly see, there are plenty of positions still open. THIS DOES
NOT EVEN ENCLUDE POSITIONS THAT REQURE SEVERAL PEOPLE SUCH AS: PARKING,
TICKET SALES, CLEAN-UP CREWS, AND GOPHERS.
 The Mason-Dixon Hamfest is NOT an Executive Board event, It IS a club
event. It requires the involvement of all club members. I know that a few of
you will simply show up to help the morning of the 30th. This IS most
appreciated. But we still need staff in place ahead of time to ensure a
successful event (RAIN OR SHINE).
