Well, W3ADC changed his mind, so this tower is back on the market.

One more time:

1. 100 feet of Rohn-45, consisting of 9 regular sections and 1 top
section with thrust bearing.
2. pier pin base plate
3. 4 sets of torque arms
4. 3 equalizer plates
5. turnbuckles for 4 sets of guy wires
6. 1/4" guy cable (though you'll probably want to replace it)
7. 1 side-mount equipment shelf, never used
8. 1 rotor shelf

The tower is in good condition, with these provisos:
a. it needs to be painted
b. 1 bracing weld on the top section is broken.  It is currently holding
fine with a stainless steel hose clamp, but it ought to be rewelded.
c. it's currently standing, so will have to be taken down.
