I did a name search on the FCC data base and came
up a Grant Warner in DE. This one looks like an
FRS Radio licensee. It may be the same person.
There are no other hits on the database.

 I'll put this out on the Carroll County Amateur
Radio Club reflector. Possibly someone will have
known  Grant Warner. 
We have a number of members who live in the
Hampstead area.

Frank, thanks for your reply.  It has been at
least 10 years  since I have had any contact with
Grant but wanted to track him down.  I suppose it
has to do with getting older and wanting to hold
on to certain parts of my past.
