Greetings Friends;

Carroll's Office of Emergency Management has relayed a notice that the
National Weather Service has issued a weather storm watch for Thursday
15-December. Ice accumulation of a quarter to a half inch may be expected.

Please take this opportunity to review your EMCOMM readiness status, and to
check around your dwelling for other items that may be affected by ice
accumulation (like antennas and guy wires)
