Ah yes the HW 16. GE Compactron tube, can't remember #.
Between 75 and 25 watts depending on 15 meters and or 40
and 80, the three bands it worked.  CW only of course. Use it
for novice WAS and 50 some countries on DX including best of
VQ9M Seychelles with 15 meters.  Later after novices were given
VFO privileges, it was more useful rig with the outboard VFO 
Heath brought.  I had a few 75 and 40 meter crystals and 2 of the
40 meter ones worked 3rd harmonic to give me coupla freqs on 15.
