RACES COMMEX will be at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, November 9th at the Carroll County EOC in Westminster.  Anyone interested in participating in this execise at the EOC should let me know so that I may inform Mr. George Thomas.

RACES COMMEX scenario for Tuesday, 9 November will be the recovery efforts immediately following a magnitude 6.7 earthquake centered in the western Howard County.  A near catastrophic disaster with public infrastructure affected - many bridges damaged.  Both Bay bridges are closed due to damage.
