[K3PZN-List] FD Menu

I have not received commitments from any potential guest operators for
specific times at the 20 meter phone station. I have thoroughly reviewed my
Yaesu manual and can find no recommendations on what types of drinks or
snacks it would require. Based on past experience, I don't think I will
need to put the station in a cooler either. A couple fans are all it might
need. I will however, have a couple coolers of drinks for operators and
anyone I can persuade to help setup or tear down.

Subject: [K3PZN-List] FD Menu

Greetings all,

I just thought I'd take a minute to let you know how the FD 2004 menu is
shaping up. As you know from previous messages, I have planned for FD
participants to enjoy four (4) meals this year.

The Saturday Evening Dinner Banquet will consist of: hot dogs, grilled
teriyaki chicken breasts and assorted cold beverages.

The Suprize Midmight Buffet will consist of: hlw4756bdc, wkjpa8N and
bxzBkj8%&$CSUYht4n.

The Continental Breakfast will consist of: donuts, danish, juice and coffee.

The Leftover Lunch Buffet will consist of: leftovers from all previous
meals.

Budget permitting, there will be fresh fruit and assorted chilled beverages
available between meals.

Now, here comes the part when I ask for your help. In order to keep club
overhead down, each participant is required to bring with them ALL of the
following:

Your choice of an ALREADY PREPARED side dish or desert with the
appropriate serving utensil(s).

1 large bag of ice in a cooler with either your name or call sign upon
it.

Any food(s) necessary due to special dietary requirements.

Station captains are asked to bring drinks, snacks and a cooler for their
station(s). Furthermore, I need to know from the station captains, via
e-mail, how many people will be present from their station(s) for the
surprize midnight buffet and for the continental breakfast so that I do NOT
purchase too much food.

Finally, I will pass around a guest sheet at the June 14th club meeting.
Please indicate the total number in your group (family, friends, etc.) that
will be present for the Saturday Evening Dinner Banquet.

Thanks in advance for all of your help.

73,

Keith Krichinsky - KB3HHK
