NO!  There are other options.  Althought 'flying' the coax above the bike 
path is the most preferred method, other options include: taping the coax 
down, deploying 'caution signs, deploying traffic cones at each cable 
crossing, or blocking off the path completely for 48 hours.

One or more of the above options are utilized whenever Maryland Public 
Television, MPT, deploys one or more cables in pedestrian areas.

Does this mean if we put dipoles in the trees, the coax must go over the
path?
