Obscure question for the folks who work on the repeater - Does anyone 
remember a nominal value for the control line between the PA and the 
exciter? A ham down here just bought a second hand MSR-2000 and when he 
fired it up it started cranking out 150W and wiping out everyone on the 
west end of town. I looked at it and there is no response to the power 
control pot, and I can't even get the thing to roll back using the two 
other limiters on the control board. The control line is sitting at 
about 12V under  key down, I seem to remember something in the 3-5V 
range being more normal.

Any suggestions?
