Its only a few weeks away. As our usual pattern of behavior, we will meet
Friday (July 9) night @ 7PM around the field house to storm the town of
Gettysburg in search of food. And N3NBT, Donna says, I am not going to your
favorite dining place and get sick again.
If youre not going to make dinner, we will start Saturday at 6:30 AM in
front of the field house on the Gettysburg campus. Everyone should be on
the road by 7:30 AM or earlier. Lunch is at a rest stop, dinner will be at
the new and improved dinning hall, followed by free adult beverages, etc.
The Sea Scouts are supposed to be selling donuts and coffee Saturday morning
at the field house, breakfast will be in the dinning hall Sunday morning
only starting at 6 AM. We should be heading out around 7 to 7:30 time
frame.
For those who are new, there will be a BBQ Sunday afternoon before you head
home.
Donna Lee and I will listen on the Hanover 147.330 machine (tone 146.2)
starting around 4 PM. Prior to that I should be on the Keystone 146.970
(tone 123.0) repeater.
We still have room for more people if you know someone who wants to help
out. please contact me. we need approximately 10 more amateur radio
operators per day.
