MEMBERS:

Field Day is only a week away, folks!

Some reminders:

*** Clint W3ARS will be giving instruction on the club generator on 
Friday evening, 6/18, 7:30pm at the FTC.  All Station Captains and 
Operators are encouraged to attend (EXCEPT YOU, NITZBERG!).
*** The deadline to sign up to be an operator and/or attend the picnic 
is Friday, 6/18.  We'd like to get a final headcount for Chef Keith.
*** If you plan to attend the picnic, please bring a bag of ice and a 
side dish.  Contact Chef Keith KB3HHK for suggestions.
*** The deadline to sign up to put a station on the air is Friday 6/18.  
Right now, we'll probably be operating 8A.
*** Operators are still needed for all of the stations.  E-mail me if 
you would like to be an opertor and for what station.
*** Please ensure that you come properly equipped with insect repellent 
and plenty of fluids.
*** Expect it to be hazy, hot, and humid with probably a good chance for 
showers.
*** Guest Operators (non-CCARC members) are welcome.  However, we are 
requesting a $5.00 "donation" if they plan to attend the picnic, 
midnight pizza party or Sunday morning Continental breakfast.
*** Tom KB3EMN has indicated that his son Joe KB3DSR will be available 
as our resident medic.   Please don't hesitate to see Joe for even a 
minor cut or scrape or if you feel the slightest bit ill.  Your health 
and safety is of paramount importance.
*** Check yourself for ticks often and don't forget that deer ticks are 
teeny-tiny little dudes.
