Club Members:

We have less than three weeks until Field Day weekend, June 26-27.  We still
do not have even a rough idea of participants to expect.  If you plan to
operate with the club on Field Day and participate in the Saturday evening
picnic, I strongly suggest that you let us know as soon as possible.  The
amount of food that Keith KB3HHK must order up is based on the number
expected to attend. This includes any family members and guests that you may
be planning to bring.

If only a small number of members register in advance, we will only purchase
enough food for that number.  If you don't register and show up anyway,
there may not be a sufficient amount to feed you.

As always, folks who are not members of CCARC (or their immediate families)
are
welcome.  However, if you plan to attend the picnic, we are REQUESTING a
$5.00 per person donation to help defray the costs.

We need to hear from you no later than June 18th.
