I just received a note from Catherine Ebaugh.  She is coming along nicely
after foot surgery and can now go to bed without the "boot" on her foot.  I
understand that Joe (N3YIM, our secretary, for you new folks) a.k.a. "Nurse
Ratchett" is doing a fine job taking care of her.  On the up side of things,
it keeps Joe off the streets and out of the pool halls.  You're in our
hearts and minds and thoughts and prayers, Catherine.  Get well soon so that
you can send Joe back to us.  He's the only one that can keep Beckman in
line.

We missed you both at the Field Day picnic and are glad to hear that you
enjoyed the little care package.  This one you'll love, Joe.  I gave the
honor of shutting down the generator to Nitzberg.  He couldn't figure out
how to turn it off!  Break it? Yes. Stop it? No.

Geez, Joe, I didn't think that when I signed up to help with the Newswaves
that I would wind up being a reporter too.

Let us know if you want us to come over and sit with Catherine while you go
out.  She could probably stand a break!
