Its a Micr$oft-ism that only likes internet explorer and uses some word 
features, I don't think it needs word but it may need IE 6. In any case 
thanks to Kevin for translating it into html I was in linux when I first 
tried to view it and that was going nowhere fast. Open standards are a 
good thing (are you listening Sir Bill?).
