John,

Fine business! Please give me a call on 410-795-1131 or e-mail direct at
[email protected]. You will undoubtedly want to look it over first and have me
demo it to you before you make your final decision on it. In the meantime,
I will hold it for you. I am the original owner, purchased 9/2000.
Original cost was $999.00 and Astron PS was $129.00 plus the odds and ends.

It's a great little radio for fixed, mobile or field type operations. It
will give you 6m/2m/70cm right away and you'll be all set for HF when you
upgrade to General. If you go on Icom's website, www.icomamerica.com, you
can see the brochure and the operating manual to check out the specs. The
graybeards and old buffaloes call it "a ham shack in a cigar box."

I'm selling it because I've also sold a communications test set and will be
getting an Icom IC-746 Pro which does HF/6m/2m. I'll miss having 70cm, but
I have an HT that does 2m/70cm.
