Members,

This equipment will be going up on eBay next week, however, I thought that I
would offer it to the club members first:

1.) Kenwood TS-830S Transceiver, Gold Label, w/KB-1 weighted aluminum
flywheel VFO tuning knob.  I am the original owner.  Purchased 2/28/82 from
EGE in Woodbridge, VA. S/N  2060353.  New finals were installed about a year
ago.  Perfect wprking condition. No mic.  Operating and service manuals
included.  Condition is very good - excellent.  This was the Kenwood
"Flagship" transceiver until the TS-850 made its debut in 1991.  Excellent
Xmit audio and a receiver that will hold it's won against more modern gear.

2.) SP-230 External matching speaker .  Two selectable inputs and audio
filters.  VG-Ex condition.

3.) AT-230 Antenna Tuner.  Outputs for dummy load (or coax antenna feed),
two (2) coax feeds, and one wire antenna (longwire, 300 or 450 Ohm Ladder
line).  This unit I purchased at auction on eBay.  Works well, although the
VSWR meter reads about 20w low (compared to a Bird 43) and there a few minor
nicks on the front bezel. VG condition.

Adapter included for the use of a Heil boomset and foot or hand switch.

$500.00 for the three (3) unit set.  Offers a good, inexpensive way for a
new Amateur to break into HF.  I WILL ONLY SELL THIS EQUIPMENT TO A LICENSED
AMATEUR RADIO OPERATOR.
