The next RACES Communication Exercise (COMMEX) will be held Tuesday, January 
13th.  Location for operation activity will be at the Carroll County EOC 
(Westminster).  As usual, please let me know if you are going to participate 
at the EOC so that I may advise George Thomas who to expect.

The scenario for this exercise is a Nor'easter Ice Storm with Commercial 
power and communication outages.  We will be sending and receiving messages 
between County EOCs.
