I received the email below from N3EON in Owings Mills. He is looking for
help installing an HF antenna. Contact him directly if you can assist him.

      My call is N3EON and I live in Owings Mills, Maryland, which is just
north of Baltimore.  I am trying to find someone who could help construct
and
erect a small tribander atop my chimney.  I recently purchased an Optibeam
OB6-3M
moxon tribander to replace my Cushcraft A3S.  In your capacity as President
of the
CCARC, you may know of an individual who provides this service for fee.  I
located a ham in North Carolina who installs antennas, but he does not know
when he will be in the area.  As you can appreciate, I am anxious to try
out
my new antenna.
