Thanks Laird! It'll be good to see you again.

While I'm thinking about it.... If we should have a precipitation problem,
do you know where we can get our hands on some clear plastic sheeting that
we can staple up to make temporary walls? I'm only asking this because I
know you're in the construction biz.

Keith Krichinsky - KB3HHK

Subject: [K3PZN-List] Saturday Evening Picnic at Field Day

CCARC Members:

One of the most looked forward to activities at Field Day is the Saturday
evening picnic. This is a group effort. All members who plan to attend are
expected to bring a dish, appetizers, or dessert and a bag of ice. Kindly
contact Keith KB3HHK, Chairman of the FD Food & Beverage Committee if you
need any suggestions.

Over the past two years, Chef Keith has provided the club with a menu that's
to die for. Unfortunately, many folks have shown up with "a hand full of
gimme and a mouth full of much obliged" and eat and run. Keith and few
faithful hands have been stuck with both the cooking AND the clean up. This
will not happen this year. Unless I receive firm committments from at least
ten (10) people who are willing to help prepare and clean up the Saturday
evening picnic, mid-nite leftover rush, and Sunday morning continental
breakfast, by June 1st, I will direct Keith to purchase five pounds of
baloney, five loaves of bread, a small jar of mustard, and five gallons of
Kool Aid and we can all pretend that it's a gourmet meal. That way, Keith
will have time to do some operating and enjoy himself like the rest of us.

Let's all pitch in and make this a Great Field Day!

73,

Al K3ZE
FD Chairman
