Members,

Station Captains (SC) will need to get their crews and equipment together
including radios, antennas and support structures, a tent, chairs, table,
etc.  Each SC should have a primary and secondary operating band or bands in
order to provide frequency diversity for varying propagation conditions.

Those SC's who wish to use the club station equipment, it'll be on a first
come, first served basis.

SC's who cannot make an FD Committee meeting should send a representative.
Meetings are TBA.

Anyone wishing to volunteer for any FD position, please contact me DIRECTLY
via e-mail or telephone so that we don't tie up the mail reflector.  I will
post weekly reports of folks who have signed up to volunteer.

We will need:

A food & beverage sub-committee to setup, prep, and cleanup and trash
disposal after the Saturday evening feast.  This sub-committee will need to
contact those who are brining pot-luck dishes, food donations, etc. I assume
that the BOD will approve a food & beverage budget.

Generator crew to transport and maintain the generator, procure fuel, etc.

One volunteer to handle the ordering and sales of FD tee shirts, pins, etc.
