[K3PZN-List] MID-ATLANTIC QSO PARTY

Dear Members,

Things are shaping up for the Mid-Atlantic QSO Party bash at K3PZN on May
8th.  Rather than request club funds for refreshments, we are asking for
donations of food/beverages.  Shirley, KB3KYJ, dat Lovely Lady from
Loosianna has promised to make us sho 'nuff gar-rown-teed  big pot of her
Fabulous and Famous gumbo and K3ZE will be making either chili or crab soup
(don't forget your Rolaids).  We need folks to bring soft drinks, ice and
whatever else y'all want to chow down on.

Please lemme know via e-mail k3ze@verizon.net or phone (410-795-1131) if you
can bring something so that we have all of the bases covered.

Please not that this is a QSO PARTY - contesting for fun.  If you haven't
had the experience of operating in a QSO party before, come on out and try
your hand.  No pressure!  Work 'em as fast or as slow as you want.  All
bands, 160m to 70cm.
