F.A.R.Fest 2004

The Foundation for Amateur Radio (FAR) will sponsor the 47 th annual 
F.A.R.Fest 2004 amateur radio hamfest on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, 
September 12, 2004, at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center in 
Gaithersburg, MD.

This will be a return home to where F.A.R.Fest started in 1957.

The facility will be open to vendors and tailgating for set-up, starting at 
12:00 P.M. on Friday, September 10.

F.A.R.Fest Hours are as follows:

Saturday, September 11 the gates open to the public at 6:00 A.M. with the 
buildings opening at 8:00 A.M. to the public. The buildings will close at 
4:00 P.M.

Sunday, September 12 the gates open to the public at 6:00 A.M. with the 
buildings opening at 8:00 A.M. to the public. The buildings will close at 
3:00 P.M.

General admission tickets into F.A.R.Fest 2004 are $5.00 presold before 
August 14, 2004 and $6.00 at the gate and are good for one day. Two day 
admissions are $10.00 and are presold only before August 14, 2004. For 
General Admission tickets please send a check (Payable to FAR) and an SASE 
by August 14, 2004 to:

Tailgate tickets are $20.00 per space at the gate and include a two day 
admission. Tailgate tickets are available for presale until August 14, 2004 
for $18.00. For tailgate tickets, please send a check (Payable to FAR) and

Indoor tables are $30.00 paid in advance by July 31, 2004 and $35.00 after 
July 31, 2004. Tables are 8 foot and are reserved on a first come, first
