RACES COMMEX is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14 at 7:30 PM.  The
scenario for this exercise is a Radiological emergency at a fixed nuclear
facility.  Critical telecommunications systems are overloaded.

As usual, RACES members wishing to participate at the County EOC should
let me know so that I may advise Mr. George Thomas on who is attending.
