Members,
For what it's worth, this is an e-mail that I sent to Commissioner Abernathy
at the FCC. You may want to send your own e-mail. You are free to
copy/paste any of my original e-mail.

Alfred M. Bisasky ([email protected]) writes:
Dear Commissioner Abernathy,
As an Amateur Radio Operator of 23 years (and hopefully many more) I
disagree with your enthusiam over the BPL service. It has been proven
that this service will cause harmful interference not only to the
Amateur Radio Service, but also US, state and local government and
private radio services between 1.8 and 54.0 MHz. I respectfully request
that you and the other Commissioners, who are the stewards of the public
resource radio spectrum, to very carefully reconsider the technical
findings of the ARRL and other communications authorities before you
blindly champion a service that is unecessary, unwanted, and has been
created simply to generate revenue without regard for the public
interest.
Sincerely,
Alfred M. Bisasky K3ZE
