OK Clint, thanks "1345 washington rd" is the OLD EOC, what I'm still
calling the FTC and which, as Al informed me, has been renamed again.

As far as I know I'll be able to make it to help out, do I need to bring
any tools? Hammer, circular saw, electric drill/screwdriver etc?
