ALL: I am currently constructing the schedule for people to 
work the gates for the upcoming hamfest on Father's Day 
(June 15).  We open the gates at  6AM.  If you can assist 
for an hour (or more), please respond to this email.  

I'd prefer to schedule for 1 hour increments, but if you 
can work for only 1/2 hour please do so.  Respond back to 
me as quickly as you can with the times you desire to work 
the gates. I'll attempt to meet your time needs as possible.  

The more time I have to workout the schedule, the more 
likely I can utilize each person's desire.  If anyone so 
desires, call me at home.  Sometimes it is easier to talk 
directly to make the work schedule suit your needs as much 
as possible. It may be a few days until I can return calls 
due to my job keeping me out of town a lot; but I will 
return you call.
