Reviewing the regs is fine but needs to be done on the QT. the last time
someone got involved and started asking questions in Westminster almost
ended up with new regs not in our interest.
If it ain't broke then don't fix it ... but keep a keen eye out. We
would know if antenna regs were currently being worked on.
