I have received samples of the B& B Embroidery amateur radio sportswear.
You will be able to inspect and try on the stuff (except for the thongs) at
the February club meeting.  Each item is embroidered with amateur radio
logo, so you will be able to see the quality.  Please pass the word to those
members who do not receive the club's e-mails.  I will be out-of-town next
Tuesday, so if someone would kindly do it, pass the word along during the
CARET net.

I thought that AK3Z, N3SB, WX3B, et al, would appreciate a "fashion show",
so I called my friend Ralph L. in N.Y.C. (we used to play stick ball when we
were kids over at the Home for Wayward Yoots in Brooklyn) and asked him if
he could spare a couple of his models for the event.  Sorry, guys, Ralphy
said that Elle McPherson and Heidi Klumb are both on assignments that day.
Failing that, I called "Kelly Girls" for help, but I thought that they were
a bit too pricey and the Board wouldn't approve it.  Besides, they could
only spare two Kelly Girls: a Kelly McGillis and a Kelly LeBrock, I think
their names were.  Oh, well...
