In case you haven't seen it, there is an article on the Skywarn class in the Carroll County Times by Nancy McKenzie.  It's on page 9 in their weekly Neighborhoods of Central Carroll section (Friday, January 17, 2003
Vol 13 Issue 45).  Both REACT Team 3202 and CCARC are featured in the article, plus there is a picture with some familiar faces.  Check it out.
