TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY will be the next RACES COMMEX.  Scenario is a
Nor'easter Storm off the lower eastern shore of Virginia.  Moving up the
eastern shore causing severe coastal and inland flooding and with extreme
cold temperatures inland.  Commercial power and communications outages as
result of wintery weather mix.

ARES/RACES members that can participate at the County EOC should contact
WX3F as soon as possible.
