[K3PZN-List] CARET net repeater problem

First: There were 6 participants in the CARET net this evening. KB3HHK was 
NCS.  K4CGY was ANC.

Participating stations:
WA3OHI
KE3FL
KB3HNO
KB3CAW

Second:  There appears to be a problem with the 2M repeater.  K4CGY may be 
able to explain it better.  Although I was only using an HT, I was making 
the repeater input.  However, the repeater output was very noisy.  I ended 
up running the net on simplex, with K4CGY relaying traffic.  This was a good 
learning experience.  It demonstrated one of the limitations of HT's quite 
well.
