A reminder...the Foundation for Amateur Radio (FAR) meeting is scheduled =
for:

*  Weds Oct 9 at the HEMARC near BWI (adjacent to the Marriott Hotel on =
Nursery Road in Linthicum)

*  The doors to the HEMARC "should" be open at 6pm (haven't confirmed =
this, but that is usually the case)...plan to come early, tour the =
museum (no charge) and find a parking spot (may be difficult).

*  Riley Hollingsworth (Special Counsel FCC Enforcement Division) will =
be the guest speaker and will begin his
   presentation at 7pm.  This will likely be a SRO event.

* The FAR business meeting begins after Riley's speech (approx. 8pm).   =
Visitors need not stay for the business meeting.

If anyone wants detailed directions from Carroll county, please let me =
know.  I will go directly to the museum from my office in Ellicott City, =
so will not be available for car-pooling...I plan to stay for the =
business meeting as a CCARC trustee.
