Dear Members,

God Bless and my deepest heartfelt thanks to you guys that offered to donate
blood for Kathryn.  As of 4:10pm today, we were told that she probably would
not need any more transfusions after the three pints that she's already
receivedand that the latest tests show her kidneys are coming back up to
speed after the "oil changes" last night and this morning.

I thought that CCGH had a direct donor program, but when we received the
call a few minutes ago, they told us that they only take donations through
the local Red Cross blood bank and they don't even do the reciprocity deal
that they used to do.

Again, on behalf of Ellen (XYL) and I, thank you all.
