[K3PZN-List] 2 meter repeater

I was on it yesterday mid day and it seemed to be fine. Initially I 
wasn't getting in well as I was using a handie. What does "under the 
weather" mean , power, sensitivity, distortion, squelch (loose or 
tight), noise(static), hanging on air, reset problems?  I did hear 
some rain static but we have had that for 15 years or more.
