[K3PZN-List] Well Problems - HELP

Hi Everyone
My son Chris KA3OMD lives in Hampstead and is having severe well 
problems since February. He lowered his primary well by 200 feet 
with no additional water and then drilled another at the only place 
the county would give him a permit for. It was dry. So far it has 
cost him 8K for dry holes and messed up property and no water. 
Believe it or not, all his neighbors including one with a well 150 
feet from his new dry one have water ... and of course even though 
they wash their cars won't offer a hose or any relief.

I have seen water tanks used at construction sites to hold potable 
water and see them all the time when the Reserves are going to 
summer camp. Does anyone know where I can beg, borrow, steal or rent 
one?
