Clint
Are you the Field Day chair? I received a call back from the Freedom
Rec Council and they schedule the ball field and sports events. I
have a name and number I will call Monday morning at the CC
Department of Parks and Recreation. After discussing the area we
were interested in, the Freedom Coordinator concluded we could
coexist with them even if they have hockey playoffs the next field
over. I have her endorsement. In fact, she offered to pass our info
on to the Sykesville Eagle (local paper). For the moment I listed
myself as the contact and can switch that to you Clint or run with
it as necessary.

If no games are going on, it may be possible to set up at the end of
the hockey field just on the other side of the woods from the area I
was talking about which could possibly leave a noise buffer area
beween the generator and several of the stations. I really haven't
walked the grounds, but looked it over from the car.

If anyone wants to meet up with me, we can go over and scout it a
little more.

Having the ok from the Rec Council will go a long way toward getting
the area. I don't think we could get it approved without them.
