It was suggested on the morning commute by AE3O that
maybe Mt. Airy VFD or Winfield VFD would let us use
their grounds for free or a promise of a donation to
the VFD. Anybody know anyone in these departments
that could tell us what they allow for free--or we
could just call and ask. I agree with John the
pavement will cause it to be very hot and I too like a
park like setting. We also need to see if we can get
the antennas at least 300 ft apart t the FTC. I
guarrentee that if the 40 CW and 40 Phone are not at
least that far one of the stations (usually the phone)
will not be able to operate.
