  UPDATE:
    VE Test Session hold after Carroll County Club Meeting.
There was three upgrade at the test session. Congratulation to
Dick Reed K3KWL and Lloyd N3WSH for upgrading to extra class.
Also Yolanda Feezer KB3HKE passing code to upgrade to general class.
Would like the thanks the VE Team for their help with the Session.
