Well until today I was getting no where working this
one.  On CW the pile-ups were huge, and on phone he
never seemed to be working my callsign number.  

Earlier today I got him on 15m CW in less than 10
minutes of calling.  Yes I just found his listening
frequency and paid attention to his pattern.  Then
this evening I got lucky.  I checked into DX summit,
and saw he was working 8's.  So I jumped up and went
to the rig, it took me a few minutes to find his
listening freq, and I noticed he was tuning plus minus
3 kHz and usually moving 1 kHz each time.  Anyway, I
got him and then he moved onto 9's!  

And with my poor antennas I was thinking I might not
catch this guy in only one week, with a busy weekend
ahead ... go after him - using your listening skills.
