[K3PZN-List] ARET Registration Form Works!

Once again I have the CARET registration on-line form working. I had originally used something called response-o-matic and I never took that stuff out. So, with a few minor changes, and a few updates, it is now up and running again. Sorry we have to suffer the advertising in the response page, but at least it's free & saves me time right now.
