Hmmm .. unless things have changed. Last summer I was monitoring that 
freq. and heard about a fire along the tracks in Buckeystown (definately
CSX) and I jumped in my plane and flew over it to watch the excitement
from above.   And just the other day I heard some communications about
moving box cars to a siding in the Woodbine area.   Maybe they're sharing
the freq with MTA.
