Hello and welcome to all Field Day participants, spouses, spouse 
equivalents, families & friends.

Recently I had the opportunity to go through our banquet supplies for the 
Field Day festivities for this weekend and after hours of research and 
exhaustive planning, I'd like to offer you the following menu:

Your Choice:

Succulent Filet Mignon in a mild garlic sauce served over rice pilaf with a 
side order of freshly steamed marrinated vegetables and freshly baked rolls 
with butter.

-or-

Flame Broiled Lobster Tails served with stuffed baked potatoes, fresh tossed 
salad with a vinegrette dressing and freshly baked rolls with butter.

-or-

Freshly Steamed Jumbo Crabs, steamed corn on the cob, ice cold beer on tap, 
and of course juicy watermelon to cool the palate.

Yup, I'd REALLY like to offer you the choices above but, alas, I can't!
It looks like burgers, hotdogs, and chicken for dinner.  We'll also provide 
assorted sodas.

For breakfast, we hope to provide bagels w/optional cream cheese, donuts, 
danish or muffins and O.J.

If funding allows, some fresh fruit will also be made available throughout 
the entire exercize.

Yes, there will be plenty of coffee too!

Now here is how you can help......

It would really be appreciated if everyone would provide either a side dish 
or a desert of some kind.  Home made would be preferred, but store bought is 
just fine.

Additionally, an 8-10 pound bag of ice from each of you will be a big help, 
too.  Also, if you can, since we don't have any refrigeration or storage, 
spare coolers and filled water jugs are appreciated as well. (Please put 
your name or call sign on them)
