I'm not exactly sure.  However, per Walt Bilous W3DQB, a new member of CCARC 
and also a member of the York Amatuer Radio Club, this is about a "dirty 
bomb" being detonated at the York County Fair Grounds.  Apparently it will 
involve the entire county: fire, EMS, police, hospitals, etc.  He should 
have more information after attending a special meeting for this event 
tomorrow night.

They probably could need help since many of the area hams will be at a club 
sponsored 'corn roast.'  Besides, a good showing from our club could promote 
a positive partnership as well as good will.

We should get these kinds of drills for our area as well, don't you think?  
I mean a walk-a-thon or a bike-a-thon is one thing but, this is the real 
enchalada.
