[K3PZN-List] VE Test Session Anyone?

First I sent everyone a correction on the time via
email. But, like most people I assumed the email got
through. It got through to the one person who showed
up and to the ARRL after all.

Second, our trying to arrange another test is "trying
to work it out", or doesn't this count in your opinion
Clint?

Third, if you are a liaison it is your responsibility
to have materials on hand to conduct a test session.
ARRL is very willing to supply you, why are you out of
materials? I have plenty to probably conduct all test
sessions I'll conduct for the rest of 2002 and I have
always had enough because when I start running low I
contact the ARRL, or I make copies, why haven't you?

Forth, I can NEVER make Thursday meetings, how many
times do I need to state that?

Fifth, I have a life too and I was not feeling well
that evening or I would have stayed for the meeting
and met Travis & given him the test. Yes, life is a
bitch, pull in your belt & get on with it. We all
screw up from time to time and I am no exception to
that rule. Never have been and have never claimed to
be. If you don't like the way I do things get off your
duff & do them yourself. I won't mind one bit if you
take over and I have less to do!

Sixth, I can give another test at the next club
meeting. I do not wish to drive up to Westminster more
than I have to. If he wants to have a test and drive
to Mt Airy I will need two other VEs and at least two
weeks notice so the session can be advertised
properly. (No word back from ARRL about the minimum
announcement time required.)

Seventh, as far as I'm concerned Thursday is a no go,
too short a turn around time and no other liaison
available. I will inform Travis that the next session
we can put together will be at the next Monday night
club meeting, Feb 11th unless you are going to take
the ball & try for sooner than that. In which case you
contact the ARRL and give them the particulars. Also
send me the date, place, and time so I can put it on
the web site sign-up form.
