To all:

I've have had a devil of a time trying to get hold of IRC's.  The Sykesville
Post Office informed me that the USPS is issuing new versions of the IRC at
$1.75 each.  While they have ordered them for me, it's been three weeks and
still no show.  Has anyone else had problems securing IRC's recently?

Sorry, Jim, that I was a no-show for the 160m contest at the club station
last Friday night.  I got tied up with a small family disaster du jour.  I
hope that you all had a great time and made a bazillion contacts.
