[K3PZN-List] ARRL DX SSB - Friday 03/01/02 8:00pm at WX3B

 Dear CCARCers and contesters;
 
 I will be hosting a (very) limited operation in the
 ARRL DX SSB contest this Friday night/Saturday
 morning.
 
 John Hoge, W3JJH has graciously agreed to open up my
 station to guests at about 8:00pm - and we will be
 running a 5 position (high power) Multi-Transmitter,
 Multi-Operator contest station using my call sign
 WX3B.
 
 The focus of this effort is a bit different - I'd
 like
 to get people that haven't done much contesting to
 operate.  So far - I believe that Doug - KB3HAM (and
 Dad), as well as Travers, KB3HNO are going to be
 operators.  I'd like to have some other new faces
 added to that list!   
 
 In addition, William, KB3GHE will be making a guest
 appearance with his Dad, W3JJH.  Other guest
 operators
 might include NY3A, AK3Z and N3SB...and maybe even
 veteran contester and DXpeditioner David Collingham,
 K3LP.
 
 Please let me know if you would like to stop by and
 observe and/or operate...so I can plan the midnight
 snacks accordingly!  If you need directions, please
