Garvins are going to renew. Also, I got a renewal early in the game. Forgot the persons name but put him in touch with N3WM (now that I think of it, it wasn't a renewal,  he claimed he paid but wasn't on the roster). So keep your eyes open for Bill & Janes renewal.
