Hi to all. Sorry I couldn't make the meeting ... but the good news
is that I finished all the ID cards and badges for members that I
have pictures during the time I would have been at the meeting. I
will bring the camera and all the badges in September.
By the way ... I will have badges for several non-members if they
don't get their dues paid. I have sent renewal notices to some,
others are on the list will expire in August & September. But don't
wait for a reminder from me ... check the roster or your label on
the Newswaves for your status.
VESTS ...
I have been a member of this Club since its inception. One of the
problems with that it you see things come and go full circle. Like
items bought, misused, lost, misplaced and then repurchased. Just
two short years ago we had at least a half dozen vests and separate
money belts. What happened to those? Will the member with them in
the back of his car or in the basement or garage make an effort to
return them. It doesn't pay to spend more than a minimal amount on
items such as this as they tend to disappear.
Important Club Documents ...
As reported in the Club minutes I am making a CD of all important
Club Documents. The key here is to locate those said documents. I
have brought home a Club binder with a lot of Club minutes etc., but
it doesn't contain much legal material. If anyone has any or know
the location of any original documents that are not in the Club
filing cabinet, please contact me. I know that N3WM has several
items and I will either scan them or he will scan them and get them
to me.
