[K3PZN-List] Congratulations to the Club on a Great TailgateFest!

I'm sure that Joe appreciates the well wishes and accolades that are
being heaped upon him.  He's done a stellar job at the helm of the
Tailgate committee.  However, we are rather presumptuous in assuming that
Joe will step up to the plate a fourth year.  This is his decision and
his alone to make, not the club's.  This club has a tendency to burn out
it's most productive members by expecting 10-15% of the membership to do
100% of the work.   The club should ASK if he's willing to continue in
this capacity or whether he needs to take a break from it.
