[K3pzn-board] BoD Meeting Soon or last week?

Pat,

Memorial Day was the 5th Monday in May.  We had our meeting on the 4th Monday which was the 23rd of May.  Only Andy, Steve and I were at the meeting.  No formal notes that I know of.  But, I talked about the bills and statements of the Club finances including the BGE grant material.  Steve, Andy and I talked about the necessary equipment for putting up a 9k6 Baud RMS packet station (a proposal by KF3AK).  A bit of what to do for Field Day, and I think there was mention of plans for the EOC.  Oh, we started at 7:30 pm and ended about 8:30 pm.

Okay, so we DID have a meeting on the Memorial Day holiday?  Or did we give ourselves the day off?  Were notes taken?  

For next week's general club meeting I presume the main topic will be Field Day.  Or are we giving ourselves the weekend off?
